Site Feasibility Analysis
The Site Feasibility Analysis (SFA) is a crucial first step in a development project. We provide clients with a thorough understanding of all issues before undertaking a project through the use of an SFA. A review of Environmental, Site, Zoning, and Planning issues is completed and submitted to the client as a written report. This report is taken into the next phase of development where we identify and design a Concept Plan.

Environmental & Water Resources
We provide clients with an assessment and analysis of hydrologic/hydraulic systems including; floodplains, culverts/bridges, stream restoration, on-site/off-site stormwater management facility design, engineered septic systems, sewage pump stations and force main design. We provide state-of-the-art computer analysis along with a thorough written report.

Structural Engineering Resources
We provide structural engineering design and review, including the design of new building elements, foundations and retaining walls. Remodel/renovation project analyses are completed with thorough site visits and written reports of evaluations.

Site & Building Permit Expediting
We assist clients in the expediting of Environmental, County, State, City, Site and Building permits. We also coordinate the scheduling of inspections, materials, contractors and subcontractors. Finally, we are able to inspect and observe various building components during the construction phase for quality management.

Architectural Design
We offer Architectural design services for projects of all types and sizes from simple room additions to fire stations. For our clients interested in "going green", LEED Certification is available from a fully Accredited Professional Architect. Our Senior Architect has a thorough knowledge of the architectural design process and all engineering disciplines. We are able to perform design and design management, quality control and construction team integration.
